Investor Relations Associate

Role

The Investor Relations team is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Alameda Capital’s Limited Partners. This role reports to the Head of Investor Relations and works closely with investment professionals, operating teams, finance, legal, and compliance to support investor communications and capital formation activities across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities by maintaining organization, timelines, and process discipline
• Prepare financial analyses and materials for investor communications
• Analyze portfolio and market data to generate clear, actionable insights
• Assist in the preparation of fund launch materials, including PPMs, due diligence questionnaires, and presentation decks
• Respond to LP information requests and manage the investor due diligence process in coordination with internal teams
• Partner with the Strategy Planning & Analytics team to develop dashboards tracking fund performance, liquidity, projected exits, and follow-on decisions
• Help design and maintain a consistent, high-quality experience across all LP touchpoints
• Coordinate LP events, both in-person and virtual, including preparation of materials and event logistics
• Conduct ongoing research on the real estate market, industry trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data science, or a related field preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, accounting, data analytics, or a related role is preferred
• High attention to detail across written materials, financial models, and data-driven analyses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
