Head of Investor Relations

Role

We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead the firm’s fundraising efforts and manage relationships with current and prospective investors.

This role will work closely with senior leadership, investment professionals, and internal teams across operations, finance, legal, and compliance to oversee all investor relations and capital formation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global fundraising efforts across institutional investor segments, including family offices, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and pension funds
• Support the firm’s next fundraise, targeting $500m+ in commitments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective Limited Partners
• Oversee investor communications, reporting, and presentation materials
• Support, coach, and develop the Investor Relations team, including review of investor materials and financial analyses
• Partner with senior leadership on capital strategy and investor engagement initiatives

Ideal candidate background

• Proven track record in institutional fundraising, ideally with experience raising $1bn+ across prior roles
• Established network of global institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and pension funds
• Senior-level experience (8+ years) in real estate, private equity, credit, or placement agents
• Strong familiarity with U.S. private equity, credit funds, and real estate strategies
• Experience mentoring and developing junior and mid-level team members is preferred
• Background at a top-tier investment fund, placement agent, or investment bank is preferred
